Lovely things - but a nightmare to deal with. 1st attempt to fulful order contract - Deleivered mugs badly packed and badly broken 2nd attempt to fulful order contract - Replacement mugs never arrived and had to chase 3rd attempt to fulful order contract- Their delviery company given specific instrustions to delvier to my home - where I was on all delivery dates, but instead they chose to leave the items at a concierge drop off point rather then bother to try to find my home - by this time the date for which the gift was purchased had passed so I asked for a refund - Amara promised to get the items collected. Some two months later the concierge department contacted me to complain that the items were still with them and demanded that I collect them or they would destroy them. I arranged for a local charity to collect the items. Amara were unable to deliver against their contract with me and refused to give me a refund - this was a huge waste of some four to five hours of my time and about £45 of my money. The delviery company DPD are not a delivery company - they just 'drop off' items at places convenient to them. The whole thing was a shambles.
